Texas International Championship Chili Cook-Off

Each year thousands of Chili-Heads make their trek to Terlingua for the "Original Terlingua International Championship Chili Cook-off" and the "Chili Appreciation Society International Cook-off". Both cook-offs are held during the first Saturday of November. Plan to arrive a couple of days early because there's always something special going on.
